Downtown Office Building

SMR Company commissioned us to make over their outdated hallways of their office building in downtown San Diego.

Four color samples were provided. A white color in eggshell sheen for the upper wall section and doors were chosen. Also a nice gray color in semi-gloss sheen was picked for the lower section.

Before painting, cracks and damages in walls and doors were patched, sanded, cleaned, and primed. Everything was painted with Dunn-Edwards “Suprima” Interior paint in 2 coats. Also we repaired, stained, and varnished the faded windows.

After painting and replacing the flooring, tenants were very content.
