El Pico House Exterior:

K.E. asked one of our previous customers to recommend a house painter and we were introduced. This house exterior needed TLC to come back to its glorious days.

Initially the entire exterior was pressure washed. Several color samples from Dunn-Edwards were painted and Portobello Mushroom (DET622) was chosen for exterior walls and Silver Lake (DE6379) for trims. The new front door came late and was painted in Black Walnut (DE6063).

Stucco walls and some woodworks were repaired and painted. We also worked on Gazebo and its new redwood benches. The owner asked to dye and seal the colored concrete stripes in the front driveway.

Most definitely the owner was very happy with the entire project. That is great.
