Exterior of 1849 house
One of our previous customers in El Cajon referred us to P.B., her neighbor. We were commissioned to paint exterior of her house that had a beautiful canyon view. The back side stucco had extensive damage and front side needed much needed TLC.
After pressure washing the entire exterior, we repaired and primed sections needed. P.B. approved one of the color samples, “Chalky”. We sprayed 2 coats of exterior “Ever-Shield” paint by Dunn-Edwards in eggshell sheen and “Legendary Gray” color was selected for trims.
It is nice to see the owner is very happy with color selections and quality of our work. Currently the house is in MLS pending sale status. Great.
