Hacienda House Exterior Painting

The owners bought this house in early 1960’s and have lived there ever since. As one passes by the house, can tell the lady of the house loves gardening especially Citrus trees.

The south side the house was exposed to direct sun and rain which caused cracks and deterioration.

After hand-washing the entire exterior, we scraped the loose paints and heavily sanded the wood panels. The deteriorated areas were patched with fillers and sanded to a smooth finish. After priming the patched spots, they were spot painted. Finally the entire wood siding stucco walls, and trims were painted by Dunn-Edward top quality “Evershield” exterior paint in existing colors. Our hard work paid off. The owner is very happy.
