Meade Condo

Alane has a 2-bedroom one bath condo as a rental property in North Park, San Diego. She hired us to paint and get it ready for the new tenant ASAP.

There was a lot of drywall repairs and prep work needed before painting such as scraping, patching , texturing, sanding, and priming. The interior was painted with Dunn-Edwards interior paint. We painted both sides of the entry door and closets as a bonus.

Alane was very kind. As always we got one more satisfied customer.
