West Lewis House Interior

J & J contacted us to paint another one of their rental properties. This 3-bedroom 2-story house is located in Hillcrest area of San Diego. The house was built about 40 years ago with minimal care.

There were many cracks and plaster damages that needed to be repaired before painting. Also few of the doors had infestation damages and wood rut which we nicely fixed. We consulted with the owners about refinishing the hardwood floor instead of re-painting it in existing dark color. They decided to refinish and it turned out amazing.

The interior was painted same colors as before with Dunn-Edwards top quality “Suprima” paint. The end result was very appealing especially with a nicely refinished oak flooring.
